How fast can you actually hire?

You’ll have the final qualified candidates in 3–7 days. We'll handle everything: sourcing, screening, doing interviews, onboarding and training new hires!

What if the hire doesn’t work out or quits?

If the hire leaves or doesn’t meet expectations within the first 30 days, we replace them at no cost. You’ll get a new person for the same role without restarting the process. After 30 days, replacements are available for a flat $500 fee.

What roles can you actually fill?

We place appointment setters, sales reps/closers, VAs, creative coordinators, client success managers, and fulfillment staff for agencies and coaching businesses. These are structured as base + commission roles, so pay is tied to performance.

How is this different from Upwork or traditional recruiters?

We run the entire A-Z process — and you’re guaranteed candidates that start working within seven days. Most recruiters just give you resumes while you make all the beginner mistakes with the hiring process that cost you time + money

How much of my time is required?

You’ll spend about two hours recording walkthroughs of your workflows and expectations. We use those to train and filter candidates before you meet them.

How does the pay-on-successful-hire model work?

You’ll pay a small base fee (typically 20–30% of the investment) to start the hiring process. The remaining amount is only paid after you’ve selected and hired your candidate. This keeps our incentives aligned with getting you a hire you actually want to keep.
